Clinician Support
Support for therapists navigating the personal and professional realities of mental health work.
At Rejuvenation and Wellness Counseling Services, we provide support to clinicians through individual consultation and group-based professional support services. As a therapist who has grown through multiple stages of the field — from intern to practice owner — Tyler understands the wide range of challenges therapists may face throughout their careers.
Burnout, compassion fatigue, self-doubt, overwhelm, and emotional exhaustion are real. Sometimes support involves more than simply “doing more self-care” or attending therapy. Meaningful change may require adjustments across multiple areas of life and work — whether that means improving boundaries, restructuring workflow, processing difficult experiences, or reconnecting with the reasons you entered the field in the first place.
These services are designed to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where therapists can reflect openly on the realities of clinical work, navigate personal and professional challenges, and explore opportunities for growth, sustainability, and change.
Whether through a clinical consultation or support group, clinicians of all experience levels are invited to show up authentically, share their experiences, and become curious about what they may need in this season of their professional journey.
You do not have to navigate this work alone.
